Over .500 Again, thanks Dwyane.

For the fourth straight time, the Charlotte Bobcats defeated the lowly and Dwyane Wade-less Miami Heat, 91-76.

Gerald Wallace (19 points, 7 rebs), Jason Richardson (18 points, 8 rebs), and Emeka Okafor (13 points, 10 rebs, 6th double-double of the season) lead the way, scoring more than half of Charlotte’s 91 points. Ray Felton led the team in assists with 9.

I can’t say I’m surprised. This
Miami offense is the only team having more trouble than Charlotte in scoring offense. At one point, Charlotte led by as many as 30 points.

Once garbage time rolled around, the Bobcat bench proved worthless yet again, and
Miami cut the lead to 15 by the final horn. This is a team that really has no depth beyond Matt Carroll, and will desperately miss F Sean May and G-F Adam Morrison throughout the year.

On another disappointing note, Primoz Brezec just missed another 12-footer. Is it me, or did Primoz finally realize that he’s just not that great of a shooter? He’s making Emeka look like Dirk Nowitzki.

The Cats will meet the Heat again in
Miami on Nov, 27th at which point, D-Wade should be back on the court.

The 4-3(!!!) Bobcats head to
Atlanta tomorrow night to take on the 2-4 Hawks.

Be back here for the first Bobcat Ball game thread tomorrow night,
7:00pm EST.
